Many people who are paid biweekly struggle to organize their pay schedule around fixed monthly bills. The challenge wasn’t just financial — it was a usability problem. There weren’t many clean, approachable tools that broke complex information into something easy to understand. We recognized an opportunity to create a simple, well-designed digital experience that could solve a common frustration and demonstrate the kind of thoughtful, user-centered work we enjoy doing.
Solution
We designed and developed PlanMyPaycheck as a custom web tool built from the ground up. Our team handled the full process: identifying user pain points, creating a clear and intuitive interface, and developing lightweight JavaScript logic to power the tool’s calculations. We focused on usability, minimalism, and clarity — eliminating overwhelm while still delivering meaningful functionality. The project highlights our ability to take a real-world problem, translate it into a clean UX, and build a polished, responsive tool that works seamlessly across devices.
Results
PlanMyPaycheck has officially launched and is in its early growth stage. While long-term metrics are still developing, the tool already serves as a strong example of our skillset: strategic problem-solving, intentional design, and clean front-end development. The project demonstrates how we approach both functionality and user experience — from concept to final build — and reflects the type of thoughtful digital solutions we create for businesses and individuals alike.
